By subscribing to Tracie Momie’s Serial Stories, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Please read them carefully before completing your subscription.

1. Age Restricting & Content Advisory

• 18+ Mature Content: The serial stories offered through this subscription are intended strictly for mature audiences (readers over the age of 18).

• Content Warning: Stories may contain strong language, explicit sexual situations, and mature themes or sensitive issues not suitable for minors. By subscribing, you certify that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Story Schedule & Genres

• Frequency: Subscribers will receive new serial installments on a weekly basis. While we make every effort to maintain a strict weekly release schedule, we reserve the right to adjust delivery times due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

• Genres: The vast majority of the serial offerings will be in the Romance genre. However, the schedule also includes occasional ventures into Suspense, Sci-Fi, and other fiction genres. Subscriptions cover all scheduled serials, and content cannot be swapped or prorated based on genre preference.

• Delivery: All weekly installments will be posted on Tracie Momie's website. You will receive a link to access the story. You will be required to create an account to access the stories. 

3. Cancellation & Billing Policy

• The 30-Day Rule: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, to maintain the integrity of our billing cycles and prevent system abuse, cancellations can only be processed once every 30 days.

• Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the subscriber-only content until the end of your current 30-day billing cycle, after which your access will be revoked and further billing will cease.

• Refunds: Due to the immediate digital availability of our content, all subscription payments are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy (Subscriber-Only Access)

• Strictly Confidential: All stories, chapters, and installments are for the exclusive, personal use of the individual subscriber.

• No Sharing: Copying, distributing, sharing account logins, uploading to public forums, or reposting this content anywhere else on the internet is strictly prohibited.

• Enforcement: Any unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of this copyrighted material will result in the immediate termination of your subscription without a refund, a permanent ban from the site, and potential legal action for copyright infringement.

5. Tier Levels & Archive Access

• Content Access: Your access to previously published stories and completed archives depends entirely on your subscription tier (Slow Burn, Morally Gray, or Found Family).

• Post-Completion Grace Period: To ensure all subscribers have time to finish a serial, completed stories will remain open to all tiers for 14 days after the final chapter is posted. Following this period, stories will be moved to the archives according to your tier's access limits.

• Permanent Library Access (Found Family Tier): Active members of the Found Family tier may select designated completed stories to retain in their personal digital library. This access is contingent upon maintaining an active subscription; if the subscription is canceled, access to the retained library items will expire at the end of the billing cycle.

• Permanent Digital Library (Found Family Tier): Active members of the Found Family tier will receive a downloadable digital file (EPUB format) of designated serial stories once they are fully completed. Ownership: Once downloaded, this file is yours to keep permanently, regardless of future subscription status. Anti-Piracy Enforcement: These files are watermarked and intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Forwarding, sharing, or uploading these files to any public or private sharing platform is a severe violation of copyright law and will result in an immediate, permanent ban from all future subscriptions and potential legal remedies.
